All of our credit card transactions are handled by Payfast. We don't store your credit card information on our site at all, thus making it 100% safe for you. Payfast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
Our prices are all exclusive of VAT
We do charge a delivery fee for items. The reason why we don't display it is due to it being calculated partially by the total weight of your order and then the rest is determined by where it has to ship to in South Africa. Before checkout you will be notified of the amount to be charged.
We will ship anywhere in South Africa, directly to your door or your place of work, whichever suits you. The only locations we will not ship to our private bags or PO boxes, where a person is not available to accept the order.
Unfortunately we cannot give you an exact delivery date. We will provide you with a Courier Tracking number for your order; which you may contact the courier directly or use the useful link on our website to track your consignment online. Simply click on ‘Track My Order’ at www.ppsafrica.co.za.
With having thousands of products made available to you, it is impossible for us to keep stock of all specific items. Our offices here are concerned with customer care, logistics and administration. But any item we have listed on our site is currently reflecting as in stock at our suppliers or in our warehouse and ready to be despatched as soon as you've placed your order.
We offer a 100% guarantee we will deliver your order to you. If for some reason you don't receive your order, we will replace it at our cost.
We guarantee that your order will arrive at your door in perfect condition and will be what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered you have a 48 hour window period to contact us to arrange a return. Please note that you must have an RMA number before you can send goods back to us. To obtain an RMA number please email rma@ppsafrica.co.za. We will email you confirmation of the RMA the same day. Please also include a description of the reason for the request to return. Please clearly show RMA number on goods being returned.
RETURNING UNWANTED/NON-FAULTY GOODS
Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of receiving your order provided it remains in a saleable condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the item(s) after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the condition of the goods as appropriate for a refund. Please send your returns to our Book in Centre once you have received a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) confirmation from PPS Africa. We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for delivery service and that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
